going along nicely

We bought our Christmas tree today. We did not take long to choose it as it was quite cold (for SD). S put on the lights while J and I put up the decorations. We played Chistmas music downloaded from napster, (how traditional!!) and had hot chocolate when we had finished, exhausted but happy!!!
We have had a few things happen at this time of the year and sometimes I just get too tense to enjoy the moment or have higher expectations of the holiday, but touch wood things seem to be going along nicely at this time.
